Custom Nobori Flag

Single Side nobori Flag: Most commonly used, The front side is your artwork graphic printed, and the back side is the mirror of the front side graphic (Graphic slightly bleed through to back side). Based on our original technology, the transmittance of the graphic colors are as high as 75~90%.

[DualJet] Single Side nobori Flag: Compared to the regular Nobori flag, it is made of thicker 95gsm material and the weave density of the material is also higher. The unique "DualJet" technology can make the colors of the flag more saturated, and there is almost no color difference between the front and back of the flag. If you need the effects of silk screen printing, but the quantities you need are not large enough to be silk screen printed, then "DualJet" technology is the best choice for you.

[Knitted] Single side nobori flag: This is a special flag, it is printed on 110g warp knitted fabric. Compared with regular flags, it has higher light transmittance (almost translucent).

[Traditional crafts] Double-sided Nobori flag: A traditional craft,, 3 layers, 2 displaying the artwork and 1 in the center that prevents the design from overlapping. Because of the hemming finish process, the front edges will be folded back to the back side, which may cause unsightly appearance. Raw edges and inner hemming are not possible.

[Modern] Double-sided Nobori flag: This is a Modern product that adopts traditional crafts and applies them to new materials. Your artwork will be printed on two pieces of back-silver-coated cloths, and we will merge them together to from a double sided flag. Due to the characteristics of back silver coating of the material, there will be no overlapping of the graphics. This product uses inner hemming, so you can get best results without having to adjust the design.

[Elegant] Double-sided Nobori Flag: This is a material that natively supports double-sided printing and is printed using advanced thermal transfer technology. This material is stronger than other materials, but not as soft. The sandwich layer of this material is black, which has a light-blocking effect. The material does not look as white as other materials, so it is not suitable for pure white designs. Due to the limitations of material properties, this material does not support complex black, such as grayscale and black gradient. If the front and back of your artwork have different colors, or the graphics on the edges are complex, you need to consider optimizing it. Because of the hemming finish process, the front edges will be folded back to the back side, which may cause unsightly appearance. Of cause, clean cut raw edges process is also possible.
