We ship to 192 countries and territories through UPU Network.

• All international orders will be handled via a shipping agent CNE.com or UPU network.
• In case we do not produce a product locally, it will be shipped from one of our own manufacturing facilities or from our partner. In all cases, product specs remain exactly the same.
• You are responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees, etc. in your country or region, and you will also be responsible for any other additional local duties or taxes in your country or region.
• NoboriMaker will not be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or local authorities.
• For the customer who pays with PayPal e-check, orders will be shipped after the payment is clear.
• We accept payment via 3rd party gateway (like Paypal) and we are not responsible for any additional fees or charges by your bank or credit card company.

The turnaround is classified into two phases: the production phase and the shipping phase.

Printing and production usually takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping usually takes 6 ~ 10 days for primary trade areas. 1 ~ 2 weeks for other areas. For some non-primary or secondary trade areas, or remote areas, it may take 3-5 weeks.

• We usually use First Class Parcel, Registered Parcel and E-Parcel to ship the order.
• You must use your real name or the package may not be delivered.
• Please triple check your personal details upon checking out as all sales are final we cannot do much about merchandise that has been sent to the wrong address!
